You are brave! I have been too scared to chew gum! AND pre-diet, I was an avid gum chewer! I am sure that if it went down OK, you should be OK.

I accidentally swallowed my gum this morning. Will this hurt me? What should I do?

I wouldn't take it lightly as everywhere I have read says if you swallow gum it could create a blockage. Call your doctor ASAP!!
