When to start

I've been to the seminar, consultation, and first doctors visit. My insurance requires three months of visits. I was wondering when I should start my pre-op diet. I have my second visit on April 13th. That will make it 1 month out of 3 down. I'm anxious, happy, angry all rolled in one.

Well, it's up to the Dr really, but you can only benefit from starting it immediately. Just that much more you won't have to lose later! And will make recovery easier/faster.smile.gif

Good luck!
