When can you have Bariatric Advantage Chewy Bites?

My surgeon said I could start vitamins at day 10. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the calcium I bought from BA seemed like chewy candy. Is it ok to start this now? I am on full liquids? Does it dissolve in your mouth?
