Feeling too full, pressure on stomach after litle amount

I have started solids and so far it is going well. However, for the past 2 days I feel a strong pressure in my stomach and feel very full after half the amount I was having a few days before. I was able to eat 4 onces of blended food but now I feel too full after half of it. I was able to have a full egg and now I feel the pressure and discomfort after half of it.

Did any one experienced the same? I am wondering if i have undigested food taking room in my stomach :( . I guess the stomach will not get smaller, right?

Constipated?

Also, you are entering the time where strictures will develop, according to my doctor's literature.

Do you have any pain when you push on your stomach?

Does your stomach feel hard?!? Bloated? - this could be a sign of constipation. A mild stool softener may be enough to move things along. That full feeling might be gas too. Trying a Gas-X strip might be in order.

I would suggest contacting your surgeons office if you continue to have pains.

Good luck :)

Thanks for the answers. I decided to give it a try and too a laxative and 2 gasex. It worked wonders. :D I had no idea that gas and constipation could make you feel like that.

Thanks

[edited] Whoops, didn't see that you got it resolved. Yay! :D
