6 days since sleeved

this is day 6 since my surgery , i have to say im feeling pretty normal , my biggest complaint is some gas pains still from time to time especially sleeping. i get a good 5-6hrs of straight sleep and im owoken by the gas than walk a little or some gas x and back to bed ive lost another11bs since last monday, im a little hungry mentally at times, i seem to be geting my 50-60grams of protien with some skim milk. so far so good .

Great progress....congratulations!!:horn:I haven't been sleeved yet but other post that the gas pains can last awhile so hopefully they will get better soon.

The gas will pass.

You'll feel good after this week is over.

Fighting the head hunger can be tough but keep reminding yourself that that is all it is and get onto something else.

By week 2 I felt back to normal.

Will

The mental hunger is something we fight all the time. But it goes both ways. Sometimes you will not be hungry when you should be eating something because its been 5-6 hours since you last had something. Just have to fight through it. The gas gets better and walking does help.
