Stalls

Ok friends.. in need of some support, encouragement, and pep talk here! I am 6 weeks and 2 day post op and have lost 28 lbs, with most of the loss being in the first month  . I have already hit about 3 stalls and am getting soo frustrated as onerland has been 1-2 lbs away for the last week or 2! I know that I have not been as deligent on my water consumption as I previously have( changing that tonight) ,but any suggestions or comments before I throw the scale out the window and feel like I am failing somehow!? Also it seems as if my new tummy has already grown comfortable and I am getting hungrier and seem to be able to eat most foods and meat now, with the exception of cheese, which SCARES THE DAYLIGHTS OUT OF ME! Does it seem to early to you? When should I start on eating salads, as I am missing those sooo much right now? Thank you everyone for sharing your experiences!

Have you been monitoring your measurements as well? Sometimes when you stall on the weight loss you are still "losing" inches as your body re-adjusts. When you start to get down bring out a pair of pants that you used to wear and try them on. That should cheer you up.
