sublingual b12 question

I purchased sublingual B12 in which you place 1 mg of liquid under your tongue. This is an actual lot of liquid to hold under your tongue and after holding it there for a bit I swallow the rest. Is this right? It does not dissolve even when I held it under tongue for a full minute.

Any advice appreciated

Thanks

The reason that you hold b12 under your tounge for a min is because that is where it is best absorbed, you do the same thing with the pill form or sublingual b12 and eventually you do swallow it, it wont hurt you.
