I am so sorry you are at a stall. Don't think about it as a stall, think about it as your body taking a break and gearing up for the major change, that is going to happen. good luck!

My 3 week stall lasted 10 days. But during it I noticed changes in the appearance of my body. (Parts shrinking). This week I started off with a 3 pound weight loss, and another one today, so 4 pounds this week. Hang in there, you are doing great!! It will happen.... I'm a believer now.

Sorry about the stall. I was a very slow loser with the band but I eventually lost 110 lbs. I'm hoping to recreate that with GPS. I agree that your body is adjusting to the surgery and ur new way of eating. Make sure u r taking measurements because it's a great way to see ur progress even if the scale isn't showing it.

Please remind me of this when I hit my stall around the end of February! ;)))

Hi, I have been at a stall which lasted 3 1/2 months! Not weeks, it was soooo frustrating, so i just put the scale away knowing very well that it would eventually move and sure enough it did. . . so just hang in there, it's bound to move sooner or later . .

I had a month stall and I started working out about 20 minutes three times a week and the weight started coming off again. I have gone from my high of 210 lbs size 20 and now I'm 132 lbs size 4/6.. I promise my super sleeve was worth it!!! So hang in there..

PS

Drink as much Water as you can

I had my surgery back in Dec and had a stall (maybe I wasn't eating enough at around 700 cal?) Even my pre-diet didn't get me much weight loss (only 4 lbs on a week of 800 cal liquid protein diet.) But now I average 700-1200 a day, started moderate walking about 1/2 a day, and the scale is moving.

I don't know about the 3 week stall, but I had a 4 month stall that went for 15 or 16 days UGH!

Chin up :) you will drop soon!!!
