I haven't been hungry at all and tend to be full after maybe 3 bites of yogurt. I'm day 10 post-op & really not doing well with the protein because they all taste so awful! Takes me close to an hour to get in a single shake.

I am on day 13 of my liquid diet and kind of feel the same way. I have to remember to finish my last shake, so I can get my protein in for the day. I want to make sure I do what I am told so things will go well. Next week we begin our journey to a thinner and healthier selves.
