I've heard that some people received a card that you can give the waiter that will allow you to order smaller meals or off the kids menu. Where did you get this card....from your Dr or your NUT? I didn't get one and wanted to ask about getting one. Thanks.

Here is a link to one restaurant card. I've used mine on several occasions to have a glance at the children's menu, but usually just end up ordering a regular meal and eating it over the next day or two. Most of the stuff on the kiddie menu is way too bad for us! :blink:
