Crunchy foods

I've been dying for something that crunches. I've found some crackers which have some protein, but they also have 22 grams of carbs! Anyone have any suggestions for low carb food with crunch?

What about pork rinds?

Pork rinds were my "go to" crunchy food during my losing stage. The spicy ones are my favorites. Plus, I used them as a binder in all recipes that called for bread crumbs such as meatloafs, or meatballs.

I love baked parmesan cheese! I buy the shredded kind and just make a few little piles and throw it into the toaster oven until it's browned and crunchy. It's pretty rich so I can never eat more than two and it definitely satisfies the crunch craving!
