Now we're Moving!!

So after my very slow week 2 and 3 I have now hit week 4 exactly today since Surgery and I finally lost a good number!! 3 lbs this week!! WOOHOO!!! After having all you WONDERFUL people help me see what different I need to really look at in my food, I have got in at least 60g of Protein everyday this past week and I am still working on getting in all my Water but at least I've been able to keep it at 40g or more! Of course, it's TOM so I'm feeling bloated but I took my 1 month pics today and I can TOTALLY see a difference, esp. in my face! LOL YAY!!

So now it's time to keep going! Going to be hitting the gym everyday and keeping my protein up! meet with my Doc and NUT this week also so we'll see if there is anything else I need to be doing! I feel GREAT thought!!
