I tried the medium ones but realised that with the modest(smaller)implants the boobs look perkier, I'm definetly having tummy tuck and at least small boob implants in a years time in Paraguay, can't wait!!! Great link!

That's great!!! I think I like the full look. Dang I didn't realize how saggy breasts are now!! I would like to see the DD's and above too... I'm thinking I might do that size.
