NO ENERGY DAY 4 postop

I have NO energy! I have been laying on couch all day not feeling like I have energy to do anything. I did manage to take a shower and that is it. I have been sipping water and protein drink but I can only sip so I am not drinking very much. I WANT MY ENERGY BACK, what can I do????

It will come back. I had the same thing happen to me :( All I did was sleep (or want to sleep) all day. Your body is just adjusting to the changes and one day soon you will wake up and feel better than you have in a LONG time! Enjoy the rest and keep sipping on the protein and you will be just fine. <3

I too am super tried but I keep MAKING myself get up and walk around the house, take the dog for a walk and go to the store!!! Walking is going to help me heal and loose weight as well! Another person here said to eat a popsicle so that there is some calorie intake because that is my problem, I haven't taken in calories but maybe 75 in almost a week now!!! I'm on water and hot decaf tea with a few SF popsicles here and there!
