I just saw my DR and I forgot to ask him when I can start doing ab crunches. Does any our veterans know when?

    I believe my doc clears you at 3 months. I started at about 1.5 months and weighted crunches at 2 - but don't tell anybody!

    If in doubt you really should email him and ask... as if you do something which puts your sleeve at risk and you get a leak you could risk more surgery... which might not be covered if you've done stuff before he clears you to do so as everyone has different dates at which they clear you to do exercise.
