Vitamins

Any advice on chewable vitamins? I know I need multi, calcium citrate, iron and b12 sublingual. I have been looking at bariatric sites. They seem expensive. How long do we have to stay on chewables?

I get my calcium chewables from vitacost.com They are great cause they only charge 4.99 for shipping for no matter how much you

order. I get my lean dessert Protein shake mix there too. They have everything you can think of, including Biotin shampoo for hair loss.

It's a great site. I get my gummy adult chewable Vitamins from costco.

We were told to buy OTC Chewable Multi Vitamin and we should be good! As for the others, we were told they will evaulate how we are doing a few weeks/months after surgery to see if we need anything else but the multivitamin! The OTC wasn't too expensive either! Good Luck finding what you need!
