Down 80 lbs Post-op With before and after pics

At 5 Months, 1 week post op I finally hit 80 lbs lost post-op. 90 lbs lost total. I figured it was time for some new photos showing the progress. In the first picture I was pre-op and around 320 lbs takin April 2010, current photo was taken today October 7th 2010 at 240lbs.

You look Awesome! I always worry about the weight loss making me look older, but you look younger after your loss. Thanks for the inspiration.

You look fantastic! Keep up the great work, and I also agree you look years younger. Don't you feel incredible? :)

Wow! Amazing!

Wow so stinking awesome. You look so different and so much younger!

Thank you all for the encouragement. It does feel like a whole new me, I am very active and running on a regular basis now. I feel so much younger as well. It's sad to look at my first photo--I just look so worn out and tired. Although I hate seeing that before photo of me, It is important to remember why I started this journey and I never plan to go back to being fat and tired again. When I was puting the photos together for this shot, I was shocked at the amount of change. Seeing myself everyday in the mirror I still see flaws I don't like and don't remember how far I have come. The other day at work a guy I met just a few months ago introduced himself to me like he had never met me--we had met and had a lunch together with friends then, so for a minute I was thinking how can he not remember me... Then I remembered how different I was the last time we met. That made my day!

Oct. 11th will be four months for me.....and as of this morning I'm down 70.5 lbs!!!! I love my sleeve!! You've done great Swiftflow.....doesn't it feel wonderful??

I'm just 7.5 lbs from my surgeons goal weight, but I'd like to lose an additions 5 - 7 lbs so I'll have that cushion. I'm not sure why, I'm never hungry, but it would

just be nice to have it. I need to talk to Tiffikins and find out how to "maintain"!!! Any ideas out there??!!!

Have a great weekend!!!

Hey my sleeve buddy!

You are looking great!

The only thing wrong with that picture is that you have on a DALLAS COWBOYS SHIRT! YUCK! :D

I'll be in Dallas for the Saints game on Thanksgiving Day....GEAUX SAINTS! hehehe

WOWZER, you look fantastic. Gratz on the great progress. I love seeing pics of b4 and after. It really keeps me motivated, so thanks for sharing.

I agree with everyone else... after the initial "Wow!" my first thought was "Look how much younger he looks already!" You're doing great!

The difference is amazing! Congrats on doing so well, and thank you for sharing your pics with us, it is very inspiring!!
