First two goals met this weekend!

I'm 11 days post-op. Yesterday, I was able to slip my engagement ring back on my finger! I haven't been able to wear it for a year.

Another one of my short term goals was to weigh what I weighed went I got pregnant with my first child, 216. This morning I weighed in at 215! Hot diggity dog!

Awesome!!! The numbers are great, but nothing compares to those life changes that happen. How exciting for you the sky is the limit!

Thats great news, congratulations. Its the little things that show us just how much we really are changing. For me it was being able to lift my foot to wash it in the shower, i've had to use a long handled brush for a year and a half now due to arthritis in my hip and one day looked down and realized i was washing my foot minus the long handled brush, that was a big one for me, continued success, jeani
