I ate too fast! OUCH!

Just got finished hoovering a pork chop....it was so good, I just got into my old habit of slugging down.... I ate to fast.....I am now full and feel bloated....I think a walk around the block in order....ok maybe not around the block, but back and forth in my living room...... I don't think I'll forget I had surgery in the near future.... Mental Mantra..... Put food in mouth, chew chew chew....put down fork...chew chew chew....repeat.....

That's what I'm afraid of, the old habits...Now, I'm still scared and still feeling a bit weird when eating...But in a while...Oh well!

Chew! Chew! Chew!

Does it feel like you swallowed a big lump of clay? That's how mine feels if I either eat too quickly or take too big of a bite.

Even after 9 weeks I ate a bit too much last night, and it sat very uncomfortably for me for about 2 hours. I thought the slimes would set in but managed to avoid them, but I felt like I could easily throw it back up again. Not nice!!

I have had to make the rule no eating in the car cuz that seems to be when MY eating to fast happens.

I hope you are better soon.
