Questions

How long after your initial visits and all through your other pre-op stuff did you meet with your surgeon to make you final appointment.

I was just curious because I'm going thru all the testing required

by the surgeon and I didn't know if

they submitted your request for surgery aftrr you had all of yje

testing done. I have a few more to see so I'm anxious to get it

done.

You aren't given a surgery date until all the pre-op testing and surgeon's consult has been done and is satisfactory, and you have insurance approval (if you're using insurance). This is in the US anyway, I don't know how it works when people go to Mexico. The whole process took me 2 weeks. All my consults were on the same day. My GP did the chest xray and ECG beforehand, so that was done before I went to the bariatric clinic.
