had my first post op appointment

I got my staples out today I am so glad to have them out. Was told I should now move to a full liquid diet for a week. I can start to workout. They said everything looks just fine. I am so happy.:thumbup1:

Congratulations! I felt better after my first post op this week just to know everything is going well. one more week of full liquids! Can't wait for tuna or scrambled eggs, yum!

FatherJonz-Kim said I should continue to drink liquids from the clear liquid list and I can add creamed Soups, carnation instant Breakfast, slim fast,1% milk, v8,liquids you can not see through. Next wednesday I move to Puree which is stuff like egg white or beaters, cottage cheese yogurt greek,sugar free pudding, reffried Beans, mashed banana, oatmeal, mashed potatos, applesauce stuff like that. then the next week soft foods like fish, tuna, moist meats, and then what ever I can handle.

Kalew-I felt better after I eat something more than Water.
