I have always had a hard time with Vitamins. Pre surgery I could eat donuts topped with chicken fried steak and cover in chillie dogs, but I had to be really careful about vitamins or I would get nauseaus.

I have tried Bariatric Advantage and Centrum chewable but both make me hurl. :puke4: Capsuls and pills.... all the same.

any ideas

I worked in a pharmacy a long time ago and I remember the pharmacist telling pregnant women who were nauseated when they took their Vitamins to try taking them at night, then they wouldn't notice the nausea so much because it would be when they were sleeping. I don't know how well it works, but it might be worth a try.

Today is my first day trying the vitamins and I am so nervous about getting sick. I have taken my protein shake to have something on my stomach and fixing to take my first chewable vitamin, wish me luck!!

I ordered a product that i started taking and it is truely wonderful. XOWII, don't know if you have ever heard of it. It has more vitamins and antioxidants than anything else i've ever found and it's a liquid that doesn't hurt my tummy. Awesome stuff.

I puke vitamins and it is so disgusting. But the Centrum chewables work for me. But I need to take a calcium - which one is the easiest?

I have been talking the adult gummy vitamins that are sold at Costco and have had no problem. Costco also sells a chocolate chewable calcium supplement that seems much like the one sold at Bariatric Eating for about 20% of the price.
