Tomorrow is the big day!!!!

My surgery is in the morning @ 10 and I am so ready to start my "new life"....my biggest fear is that it will not work. I have failed at so many diets in the past....able to lose the weight but not keep it off. At 46, I feel like this is my last chance. I just find the whole idea of it actually working being very surreal. I guess I will believe it when I need to buy new clothes...wish me LUCK!!!!!
