Did you guys worry about carbs post op?
I am on full liquids and can have pureed stuff. I feel like Im eating a lot of carbs but I'm just trying to get nutritious food in. For example for lunch today I had a quarter of a baked sweet potatoe pureed with soy milk and powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken Soup mix (tasted better than it sounds).
In 7 says I go on a soft diet and I kind of figured that would be the time to start counting carbs since I will be able to have fish and eggs and what not.
What did you guys do?
