Pistachios?

Can I eat pistachios? Cuz I got some today and they have teh crunch and protein and I am tolerating them. But are they okay for the tiny stomach?

I was released to eat nuts at 3 months. I started off with slivered almonds, and worked my way up to other nuts. Macdamia nuts, almonds, peanuts, and cashews have worked just fine for me.

I eat them all the time, great protein and the best all around nut for you!

It is weird how I became a seed/nut lover since the surgery. It seems to be such a great snack. How can you buy sunflower seeds toasted/roasted in the shell without so much darn salt?

If you want unsalted nuts, you just have to shop around. I love sunflower seeds/mixed nuts and they sell them unsalted in whole foods but I'm sure if you look around you can find them in any grocery store.
