New here!

My husband and I got sleeved the same day, March 16 2010. He has been a 100% positive right from the beginning. So I have my own built in support system at home. I think for my self there has been more of a range of feelings. But over all it is wonderful to be free from the slavery of food, we are only one month out and are still adjusting to the new life style.

I wanted to find out if other woman found them selves having a problem waking up in the middle of the night for no reason, just laying there wanting to sleep Ha Ha!! Sonia

Hi and welcome!!!

That is so awesome that you and your husband are on the same journey!! My hubby would never even consider it, although he does need to loose weight. He is a big baby when it comes to surgery.

Good luck to both of you, and happy losing!

Hi Sonia and welcome to the board.

I'm sure its great that you can both go thru this together.... and i know you'll find everyone here very welcoming and theres so much information which will help you both as well.

I'll be interested to see your replies on the waking up thing - I don't sleep well sometimes, and usually take herbal remedies to help me get some shut eye, (valeriana Leo) so it'll be something I'll add to my list for my pre op consult next month to check if I'll be able to take it.

Good luck to you both

Kathy
