What kind of Vitamins are you taking? Before and after surgery? I'm trying to do this weight loss thing on my own right now and it just seems, I keep gaining. I know taking a good Vitamin will help. I saw my doctor last Friday and she only told me to take Women's one a day.

What are you taking?

Before surgery I took one Centrum chewable daily. Now that I'm post-op I take 2 Centrum chewables daily and a sublingual B-12. I tried to use the Bariatric Advantage vitamins, but they were like chewing on sawdust, yuk!

I started taking Women's One a Day a few months ago and also Biotin.( I have beautiful long fingernails now that are very strong!)

My surgeon has me taking a B Complex and Vitamin D supplements now. My Vitamin D level came back pretty low on my labs.

I just got the list the other day of what I will need to take post-op but I left the paperwork at my office. I'll post tomorrow what it says.
