could use some help

Just got home from being sleeved. My first 10 days says that I'm supposed to be on clear liquids. So I ordered some unjure - which arrived and I have it - how do I use it this first 10 days? Thanks.

you can mix it with water or fruit juice if you are allowed to have that. (My doctor didn't allow any fruit juice. If you have the unflavored you can mix it with crystal light.

Definitely mixed with Water, crystal light, propel waters depending on the flavors you ordered.

You can also order sugar-free syrups like Davinci or Torani to add a little flavor to it since mixing them with water can sometimes be pretty blah.

Hey, congrats on being Sleeved!! I didn't worry about the Protein for the first few days. I just concentrated on getting in my fluids. After the 5th day when I went onto full liquids, I mixed the unflavored powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury in chicken broth. Be careful that the broth is not over 130 degrees or it will clump. Mix the Protein powder in a little Water first to dissolve, then mix in with anykind of broth.

Let us know how you're doing!
