Bene-protien ?

Has anyone used bene-protien? I have used the bene-fiber and liked it..wondering if it is the same concept...no flavor or texture changes.

I was just allowed to start using Benefiber at two weeks post-op. (look out, you may be caught in a compromising situation when it works!) I've never heard of the other product.

I use beneprotein mixed in my yogurt, soups and such. I even mix it in my coffee in the morning but it coagulates a little in really hot temps. I can't detect the flavor/ texture at all.

I have some beneprotein in my cabinet. I bought it hoping it would dissolve like benefiber, but it doesn't. It smelled/tasted just like regular protein powders, which I don't use anymore, but I wouldn't buy it if I were you. Find a flavored powder that you like.

I tried to use it b/c I read posts on other sites (like Walgreens) that it was tasteless. It is NOT. The other funny thing to me is that it has (I think) 7g Protein per serving and others have 22g. So I thought it wasn't worth it - but then I realized it's all about the SCOOP size inside the container!!

The beneprotein scoop is tiny and the others are gigantic. I hate the taste of all whey, but I did use my beneprotein mixed in slowly with hot chocolate, and I couldn't taste it.
