throwing up ....post op

I'm a week pre-op and i got sick last Sunday throwing up a couple of times....with some fever....basicly the hole package.....

I'm better by now,but my back hurts (a lot) from throwing up that 2 times.....

I'm reading that throwing up post-op is very common if someone eat too fast without chewing it up enough.....but i never read someone hurt after that.....

is this a different throwing-up type? or having less stomach makes all the difference? if there is a difference, how different is throwing up post-op when someone is sick?

...sorry for this kind of topic....

Whenever I throw up my back hurts both before and after surgery. I've only thrown up twice post-op (once from the barium swallow test 1 day post-op and once 3-4 months out from eating too fast/much when in a restaurant).
