liver shrinking

I am having surgery Feb 15th (Yeah). I am on the the 9th day of the liver shrinking diet. I am getting throught the starving part (hard) but the fatigue is what gets me the most. I feel like I cant really do anything because it exacerbated my hunger and makes me feel a bit faint. Will this go away after the surgery?:lol0:

Are you allowed to have Protein drinks/mixes? That should help with energy and fatigue levels.

I know a lot of people describe exhaustion or fatigue the first week or two post-op, but once they are able to get in some protein they feel much better.

Yes, it will as long as you eat/drink your Proteins. . . like Tiffy said, are you taking in any Protein shakes right now? This helps too, or eating proteins, like tuna, salmon, different types of meats, etc. . . it's almost here, and your doing fantastic! Keep up the good work. . . you won't regret the sleeve, we all promise!
