Is there a possibility of leakage in the long term? (1 year or 2 year)

or

the stomach will be stable within 2 or 3 months?

I think your greatest risk is within the first few weeks. I would say it would be really really rare or an odd circumstance to have something like that happen years out. I can't even really think how that could happen.

If you had a cut on your arm that healed up and left a scar, would you think it possible to start bleeding again, a year later? Its really the same thing. It just takes a little longer for the stomach to heal and you can't see it.
