Massages

The more weight I lose, the more massages are helping to rid my body of those icky toxins I have built up. I am blessed that I found a very good deep tissue massage therapist to push those icky knots out of me. Anyone else have things they do to physically feel better as the weight comes off? Yes, exercise, but maybe non-traditional avenues?

Hi Bob-

What a great idea! After the last two weeks I sure do need one! And retail............. sigh... will be ruff till the 1st of the year!

What a great way to kinda reward yourself too!! I might have to find time to schedule one for myself!!

Bob,

What a great idea. I am not sleeved yet but my husband said why don't you get a massage b/f you go? I had such a good one couple months back, heated soft table, deep tissue, soft music, candles and incense and found all the tension in my back I didn't know I had. Massage, amen.

GREAT idea Bob - I have about 7 pre-paid massages that I need to use - maybe I'll do that this weekend - they are definitely heavenly!
