I haven't had that particular problem, but I've noticed that every time I eat a whey Protein bar, or a whey Protein shake, I get little sores on the roof of my mouth. Guess I'm allergic. Silly -

I agree, it could be a lactose issue. I do find a lot of Protein makes me feel very gassy and bloated. It was much worse when I was first banded, but since my body has adjusted to my new way of eat

So I just got my unflavored Unjury protein in the mail... was so excited! Started adding it to shakes, yogurt, oatmeal, pudding, etc. It tastes pretty good... so I thought "score"...finally I will be able to get all my protein in without actually having to eat chunks of meat (I hate meat). However, second day into it, I noticed that I am getting very bloated, gassy, and uncomfortable around the lower abdomen. Is igt just me or has anyo ne experience this with protein powders? Thank you!
