Breakfast

If I have 1/4th cup of cottage cheese and then make a protein shake to sip on (30 min after my meal of course) does that sound like too much?

Right now I'm working with an empty band so I'm sure down the road things will change!

No, that sounds about right. Enjoy being able to eat breakfast while you can, I'm too tight in the morning for anything but hot/warm liquids.
