pineapple

I just went to BJ's and bought the best looking golden pineapple. It was too hard to chew, too stringy. Anyone else have pineapple eating troubles?

My husband is thrilled, he gets to eat all the delicious pineapple.

this sounds soooooooooooo good..sorry you cant enjoy i must be weird because i am able to eat everything i want....did you think of grilling it...it makes it softer......sprinkle some cinnamon on it

  • The weird thing is fruit can be one of the most difficult things for me to eat for some reason. It might be its density that it goes down VERY slow for me. You're definitely not alone in this boat.

  • Fruit for me is a no no in most cases apart from soft fruit strawberries, raspberries, blueberries..but can eat asparagus, corn potato skin no problem at all?? Sent from my GT-S5830 using LapBandTal

Pineapple is almost always problematic for me..... sadly, it was one of my fav fruits.

I can eat pretty much anything, but I have to be very careful when eating pineapple. The bites have to be really small and I have to really chew the heck out of it.

Pineapples are my favorite fruit; however, since being banded, I can't eat them like I used to unless they are blended. Grapes and melon are the only fruits I can eat with out problems. I can also eat apples and cranberries and raisins but that's it.
