I GOT APPROVED!!!!! Thank GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been a whole year fighting with my insurance!!! Multiple appeals and finally after writing my own appeal letter they approved me!!!!!!!!!! I got it in writing its official! I will be banded 10-22-13. Woot woot!!!!!
