6 days Pre-op

Its been 6 days since I had my surgery and I am down 15 lbs. :o That really makes me feel amazing and I cant wait for my future progress.

I am trying and its no where near as hard as my mind thought it would be. That's the great thing about this site is the SUPPORT from others that keep you motivated and moving in the right direction!! Good luck on your journey as well!!
