I was banded on 9/11 so I am 5 days post-op now. I get 60 grams of protein in each day, and I don't really feel hungry too much. But I do have this constant stomach growling thing going on, which in the past would mean an instant snacktime. But if I really stop and pay attention when it growls, I don't feel hungry. Anyone else have this issue? How can you tell the difference between head hunger and physical hunger? I am drinking throughout the day and have SF popsicles as a "snack". So I don't feel like I need any more, but my stomach won't stop growling!!! What's up with this??

I was banded on 09/12. I am struggling to get those 3 protein shakes in. I feel full after 2 sips. And yes my stomach makes noises I never knew were possible.

I had surgery on 9/4 and just over a week and 2 days out.. My tummy growls too, and does that grumbling thing. I usually get a drink.of Water, or a chew a piece or 2 of SF gum. I fool my tummy thinking if my mouth is moving, I must be eating.... Dumb Tummy.. Its not food time yet....
