Woooaah hunger there you are!

Oh my word.... I am 8 weeks post op today and a friend I haven't missed showed up today with a vengeance.... Hunger! I know it's important to eat right, but this is the first time in a long time I want to eat everything! Yikes!

Crazy how it just sneaks up on you, isn't it?! Just pay attention to what you're eating, record everything, make good choices! Remember, it won't last forever, it'll get better once you hit your green zone!!

Hehe tell me about it, I am only 9 days post op so I'm still only allowed to have shakes and baby food like things...but that's not cutting it-- I'm STARRRRVING haha
