I would like to put some protein bars into my Daily food intake, but I'm not sure which is best for me nutritionally. There seems to be a wide variety in regards to calories and protein, does anybody have any suggestions for lower calories and higher protein and especially protein bars with not so much sugar in them. Any advise would be greatly appreciated look forward to hearing from you all.
