Probably because you're eating too much, eating too fast, or too big of bites.

With the band you should never feel full and if you're eating until fullness you're likely eating too much. With the band, the object is to be satisfied not full.

Hummmm I've never heard of that before see my doc put 4more cc's in my band making it a total of 8 now.this is a new kinda eat and get full now but I haven't really started eating yet I've been drinking liq and I got full. Today I'm on mushies Tom reg foods this is going to be a challenge lol. Thanks banded buddy's!
