Wow! 3 days! How do you feel? I am getting banded on the 19th and nervous and excited at same time too! How did it go?

Could I have clear broth from the chinese resturant ?

I dont see why not, but it might have allot of fat, salt, so I would limit it

I agree with bigcheese but I must tell you that the first egg drop soup I had after banding was the most delicious thing I ever had after all that crappy herb-ox stuff. Remeber...everything in moderation. As long as you don't overdo, why not have it if you are allowed. Enjoy!

Have u tried simmering some herbs in them?? Rosemary and thyme in the chicken stock is good.

I'm going to try that.today I'm going to try campells chicken noodle soup but of course strain out the chicken and noodle, I need to get something in all I've been having is water and barley any of that everything is getting me sick :/
