I've had three fills since surgery, and all of them were immediately noticeable.

For you, I'm thinking that maybe the fill wasn't enough.....this time around?

With my first fill I didn't notice any difference. My second fill (now at 5.0 cc) it took about 1.5 before I felt restriction.

Today was my 3rd fill (now at 5cc). I've had a full cc the last 2 fills. While, I feel some "restriction" immediately, an hour that tightness subsides.

Then about 2-3 weeks later (usually a week before I'm due for another fill) I get really tight.

I'm still not at the 4 hours no hunger stage even though I have 5 cc's.

Yes, sometimes it takes about 2-3 weeks before a fill settles in, this is why it's important not to get piggy back fills, and wait the recommended 4-6 weeks between fills.
