About a month before surgery, I started taking a liquid vitamin from GNC. Gave me some time to get used to it. The taste is horrible but the vitamins in it are top shelf. I have definitely noticed the difference.

I never heard back from my NUT about the vitamins and it's been six days and I was told a week so I already had bought the chewable a and took one today. They taste nasty but I feel like I need them so I will handle the nasty taste
