i substitute low fat greek yogurt or even plain yogurt for stuff like that all the time...

I want to make this broc and cheese casserole but I don't want to use mayo bc then my fats are higher then my proteins any suggestions

Yep I too use Greek yogurt but I use fat free. Just had it with my vegies today in fact. I love Greek yogurt!

You might also look at the Oikos Greek Yogurt Dips (next to other refrig dips at grocery store). They come in 4 diff flavors and taste great w/o all the bad stuff. Had friends over last wknd and didn't tell them what they were devouring until almost gone. They were amazed.
