Five days

I am five days post op and I am so hungry any suggest I on my first week of clear liquids . Water and broth and ice creams pops are not working I want to eat .. What to do??

Honestly, there's nothing you can do. We all have to suffer through it. Hunger sucks but it's crucial that you stick to your post op diet so you don't cause a band slip or rip your stitches.

Just remember this is a temporary but necessary phase.

Walk, walk & walk. Start a new craft or hobby. It is tough, but it will get better soon. Good life & health ahead!

I was the same way, feeling famished. Call your doctors office, i did. She told me i could have a protein shake. It took me all day to drink it, but it did the trick. I would definitely talk to the doctor first though, as we are all indivual in our bodies:) goodluck:)
