Shake Mixers

Is there one place to post "add ins" to make shakes better? I have seen them on different posts but I'm looking for the one with coffee.

EAS Protein shake

(Optional) 2-4 scoops Protein powder

--helps me get in extra protein--

2 tablespoons instant coffee

--just coffee, do not mix w/water--

sweetener to taste

(Optional) 2 oz sugar-free coconut syrup

--or any flavor you like--

Yum....its better than Starbucks!

Adkins also has some pre-made coffee shakes a little higher in fat then I would like but they make a great meal replacement for me when I am traveling!

I make iced coffee protien shake for breakfast every morning. Mix protien powder with 8 oz of soy milk and a shot of sf Torani syrup. Poor over ice. In a separate container prepare your coffee. I use maxwell house instant, double shot, with about 4-6 oz hot water. Pour over the iced shake and stir until mixed well. I usually drink on this most of the morning. As your ice melts, you get extra water in.
