help please

How do you know if you are drinking too much at one sitting in the first week? I feel waterlogged, but idk if that is above or below the band? I certainly don't want to be stretching anything out, but I just can't tell what I'm feeling yet.

Liquids really go right through, especially if your band is unfilled. You might be swollen from surgery, causing that strange feeling. You'll be okay. Try not to worry.

My doctor has me drinking 1 ounce every 15 minutes, so I have a little one ounce shot glass that I drink from.
