Two week diet

I am two weeks from surgery and doing my pre diet. I am only finishing up day two and seem to be doing ok. Wondering what everyone else did to make the shakes last a little longer for them or add flavor to it.

I am looking for any support during this process you can give. I started a blog if anyone would like to follow it.

Hi. I added fresh strawberries and a few Libby's Skinny pineapple chuncks. If you need more sweetness add Truvia. Only way I survived the pre-op. Good luck!

So I called my doctor's office today about that and they told me I can't do that. To try to increase my water and maybe cut the bars in half to have those 4 times a day.

That stinks. I would have killed for a Protein bar during preop. I was all liquids.

Good luck!

I got very very grumpy during my preop diet! Lol thankfully very supportive and loving hubby didn't take it personally! The grumpiness finally left about five days in.

I use Silk Almond milk or the coconut It works great.
